Accommodations
Hotel rooms have been blocked at the Four Points Sheraton (6090 Dixie Road). This hotel is around the corner from the reception venue and is a two minute car ride away. To make reservations please call (905) 670-0050 and ask for the "Simon & Hsu Wedding Group" block.

Attire
Since the wedding will take place in an outdoor chapel on a July morning, you may want to dress for warm weather. Check the weather forecast the day before to check for chances of rain. Expect other guests to dress in semi-formal to formal attire for both the wedding ceremony and the dinner reception. Jack, Ams, and their wedding party will be wearing formal attire for both the wedding and reception.
Food
After the wedding ceremony, finger foods (vegetarian and non-vegetarian) and light beverages will be served.
The reception dinner will feature Indian food. All the food at the reception dinner is halal. Vegetarian food is prepared separately from non-vegetarian food. The hor's d'oeuvres and the buffet service offers both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. If you have any food concerns, such as preparation, food allergies, etc. or if you need specific accommodations please let us know. A list of dinner food can be found on the Wedding Reception page.

Parking
Both the ceremony location and the reception location have more than enough parking. Since it is a weekend and we will be the only ones occupying the space, there should not be a shortage of parking spaces.
