6pm - Doors Open
6:00 - 6:45: Receiving Line
6:45 - 7:00: Guests get seated
7:00 - 7:15: Wedding party enters
7:15 - 7:30: Speeches & slideshow
7:30 - 9:15: Dinner & speeches
9:15 - 9:30: Cake cutting & first dance
9:30 - 11:30: Dancing

Menu

Salt, pepper and green chili slices will be available for your own seasoning preference. All dishes are mild to moderately spicy.

Hor's D'oeuvres:
- Vegetable Spring Rolls
- Vegetable Samosas
- Chicken Tandoori

Salads:
- Sweet corn salad
- Assorted garden greens salad
- Mixed vegetable raita

Vegetarian Entrees:
- Palak saag
- Mixed vegetable korma
- Chenna masala

Non-vegetarian Entrees:
- Mutton biriani
- Butter chicken

Other:
- Naan
- Steamed Rice
- Tea, coffee, and pop

Dessert:
- Gulab jamun
- Wedding cake

Additional Information

1) All food served at the dinner reception is halal.
2) Vegetarian food is prepared separately from non-vegetarian food.
3) We will host an open bar.

Carpooling

We strongly encourage our guests to carpool with each other to reduce car emissions and to save you money. If you would like to offer a ride or if you need a ride, let us know and we will try to pair you up with others.
